Any water ingress into your property from a property above, you should make contact with those owners/occupant(s) immediately as it will be their responsibility to resolve. Advise us of any damage caused to your property via Report a Repair.
For out of hours extreme emergencies only, please contact these eddisonwhite sub contractors. No other contractors or charges are approved.
NB: Tenants are responsible to pay for any call-out charges incurred as a result of the Tenant's occupation, such as lost keys or security devices. As per your tenancy agreement, it is your responsibility to lock all doors to your property and have all keys with you when unattended.
If the loss or results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and all replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. Also for any charge where contractor attendance is found to be due to the Tenant's act or misuse. If you live in a flat within a block, there may contact details in the communal areas for the Block Management company for the whole building. They should be contacted for block/building specific maintenance issues including communal entrance door locks.
For other GENERAL MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS please continue to report through this system.
In order to enable us to resolve your issue as quickly please provide as much information as possible such as including any model numbers of appliances, photos of damaged or broken items, locations of leaks etc as this will help us and the contractors establish a solution more promptly.
